Where are your cotton bed sheets made?
Our sheets are 100% ethically made in South India. We use the finest long staple Indian cotton available.
What is a sateen weave?
The sateen weave is one of the multiple types of weaves that cotton is spun to make a bed sheet. Out of the available weaves, the sateen weave offers incredible softness with a great sheen finish to the product. Naturally the sateen weave feels heavier for that luxurious feel while also offering excellent breathability.
Are Comfy Canopy bed sheets organic?
Our sheets are not organic. However we do not use any harmful or toxic products in the creation of our sheets. However we do use a new very environmental grade dye that also includes UV protection to avoid discolouration of your sheets in a sunny room.
How should I wash my sheets?
- Avoid products containing benzoyl peroxide, alpha hydroxy acids and chlorine bleach. These items may include: skin care and acne medication, hair products and dyes, cosmetics, toothpastes and household cleaning products.
- For stain removal, Do not use bleach.
- Try not to wash with other clothing as zippers, hooks, etc. could possibly cause abrasion.
- Wash similar items together – same colour and fabric.
- Machine wash cold/warm using mild, liquid Laundry Detergent.
- Iron on low heat if desired.
- Tumble dry low.

Warranty, Returns and Shipping?
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! If your sheets rip, tear, or come apart within a year. You can use a free return and we will either send you a brand new sheet set or a refund. Please contact us.
How can I return my order?
We are very happy to accept returns within the 60 day trial period. To get the free return started you can simply contact us and we will send you an email with a list of instructions.
How long does shipping take?
We ship directly from Calgary, AB using Canada Post. Shipping times are between 4-7 business days across Canada. Tracking number will be provided.
